This article considers the change in artistic means digital globalised world and development of art actionism as a new inter-genre. The author provides an overview comparison key actions protest events Russia, also focusing on some South Slavic practices. Additionally, analyses incentive impulses, ways realisation, social response to most impressive actions. correlation aesthetic utilitarian component is main goal research, well assessment their political potential. paper uses cultural, semiotic, interdisciplinary methods trying clarify phenomenon culture, role urban space it, techniques. mainly refers electronic resources containing materials prominent activists. methodological basis study research culture by А.
